Advertising space is available in the Massachusetts Art Education Association’s Digital Publication, Conference Booklet, and on the MAEA Website. MAEA is a nonprofit educational organization that serves to advance the quality of visual arts education in Massachusetts. Advertising with the Massachusetts art educators on the MAEA website will support MAEA’s growth, visual arts education and expand your market of potential clients.
The benefits of advertising with the MAEA include:
- Your advertisement will reach 900+ arts educators, administrators, and arts advocates from around the state of MA, and many more from the New England region.
- All digital adds can be listed on our website for six months up to one year.
- All printed ads are full-page and post for one year.
- Your ad helps to support our statewide advocacy efforts to improve the quality and quantity of arts education.

Advertising Agreement
- Please send your advertising requests to Melissa Mastrolia at presidentelect@massarted.com.
- Approval of an advertising request is at the discretion of MAEA. MAEA reserves the right to reject any advertising request.
- Upon approval of requests, an invoice will be sent for payment. Payment of that invoice constitutes agreement as outlined in the invoice.
- Ads range from $50 to $600. Please use the information below to decide which option is best suited for your advertising needs.

Payment and File Submission
- Please send ads/image file uploads to webmaster@massarted.com and Melissa Mastrolia at presidentelect@massarted.com.
- Standard image .jpg and .pdf file types are supported. Larger images are preferred and will be appropriately resized by our webmaster and publications editor.
- Credit Card payments can be processed through Paypal by sending money to treasurer@massarted.com.
- Orders submitted by educational or government institutions through purchase orders must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase order.

Updating Advertisements
- Changes to an advertisers’ graphic should be sent to our webmaster and president-elect at webmaster@massarted.com and presidentelect@massarted.com.
- Please allow for a two week lead time for changes.
