BUILDING YOUR CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

Please refer to the descriptions for specific information regarding each session. Tickets for each session are on a first-come first-serve basis. The online platform does allow for waitlists. As you build your schedule, if you find that a session you are interested in is full, please know that you are welcome to waitlist yourself for that session and check in with the presenter at the start of the session to see if they are able to accommodate you. Please be respectful of attendees who registered for the session previously and allow those attendees priority seating.
CONFERENCE CHECK IN – 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
As you arrive at the conference please head to check in the Lancaster Welcome Center (see Level 2 of the Floor Map)in the Worcester Art Museum. Here you will get your conference badge and swag, as well as find answers to your questions! The check in table will have someone to answer your questions until 12:00 pm.
Please note all presenters and attendees are required to check in at the registration desk prior to attending any sessions and name badges must be worn throughout the conference.
SESSIONS
Most sessions are located on Level 2 and Level 3 in the studios in the Higgins Education Wing of the Worcester Art Museum. See the Worcester Art Museum Floor Map for more detailed information. A handful of the ticketed sessions are scheduled at the Worcester Center for Crafts.
LUNCH
Lunch is provided as part of the lunch alike sessions that are focused around a number of themes. Please add this session to your schedule if you are planning on joining us for lunch so we can order an appropriate number of lunches!
PARKING
Parking at both the Worcester Art Museum and the Worcester Center for Crafts is free.
Worcester Art Museum: Located at 55 Salisbury Street. The main parking lot is on Lancaster Street (across from the museum and up the street slightly). There is on street parking in front of the museum on the Salisbury Street side, as well as along Lancaster Street. The accessible entrance to the museum is on Lancaster Street.
Worcester Center for Crafts: Located at 25 Sagamore Street. Ample parking is available in their parking lot. It is about a 5 minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk from the Worcester Art Museum
